For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

BW55 is the Data Controller for Personal Data collected directly through the Platform at https://bw55.cam. Where Personal Data is shared with the Operator for account management, identity verification or transaction processing, the Operator acts as a separate Data Controller or Data Processor in respect of that data, subject to the Operator's own privacy policy.

BW55 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operating under the licence of any Pakistani governmental body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform as familiar local payment options for informational context only — they do not imply data sharing arrangements with those institutions.

BW55 collects Personal Data through multiple channels: directly from you when you register or interact with the Platform, automatically through technical systems when you browse, and from third parties in specific circumstances. The categories of data we collect are summarised below.

BW55 processes your Personal Data only where a valid legal basis exists. The primary purposes for which we process data, and the corresponding legal bases, are set out below:

• Account registration and management — necessary for the performance of our contract with you as a registered user. Without this processing, we cannot provide platform access.
• Identity and age verification (KYC) — necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and to enforce our strict 18+ adults-only access policy.
• Transaction processing — necessary for the performance of our contract, enabling deposit and withdrawal operations processed via the Operator and payment service providers.
• Security and fraud prevention — necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting the Platform, our users and the integrity of the service from fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Responsible gambling monitoring — necessary for our legitimate interests and compliance obligations; enables detection of at-risk gambling behaviour and activation of protective tools.
• Customer support — necessary for the performance of our contract; enables us to respond to your enquiries, complaints and support requests.
• Platform analytics and improvement — based on our legitimate interests in improving the user experience for Pakistani players; all analytics data is aggregated and/or anonymised where possible.

• Legal compliance — necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, court orders or regulatory directives.

BW55 processes your Personal Data using both automated and manual means. Automated processing is used for account verification, risk scoring, fraud detection and analytics. Manual processing is used for customer support, KYC review and responding to data rights requests.

Automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you will only be used in accordance with applicable law. Where such automated decisions are made — for example, automated account restriction decisions triggered by risk signals — you have the right to request human review as described in Section 11.

BW55 does not sell your Personal Data. We may share your data with third parties only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose:

• The Operator: Your registration data, KYC documentation and transaction data is shared with the licensed Operator whose platform you access through BW55, for account management, identity verification and transaction processing. The Operator processes this data under its own privacy policy and regulatory obligations.
• Payment Service Providers: Financial transaction data is shared with payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. These providers process data as our Data Processors under binding data processing agreements.
• Identity Verification Services: KYC documentation may be processed by specialist third-party identity verification providers to confirm your identity, age and source of funds.
• Technology & Analytics Providers: Technical and Usage Data is shared with platform hosting, content delivery, security and analytics service providers who support the operation of the Platform.

The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account, plus a period of up to five (5) years following account closure to satisfy potential legal or regulatory requirements.
• KYC documentation: Retained for the period required by the Operator's applicable regulatory framework, which is typically five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction in compliance with applicable financial recordkeeping obligations.
• Support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing dispute.
• Technical and analytics data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to twenty-four (24) months for platform improvement purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as we hold marketing consent, plus a period of three (3) years following withdrawal of consent as evidence of compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

• Intrusion Detection & Monitoring: Real-time network monitoring and intrusion detection systems are operated to identify and respond to security threats.
• Penetration Testing: Regular security assessments are conducted to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.

While BW55 takes security seriously, no system is completely impenetrable. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials. Please refer to Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions for your account security obligations.

BW55 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively, remember your preferences, analyse usage patterns and improve the user experience for Pakistani players.

The categories of cookies used on BW55 are as follows:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. They enable core features such as session management, security tokens and authentication. These cannot be disabled without breaking Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, time zone display (Pakistan Standard Time / UTC+5) and whether you have acknowledged certain notices.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised information about how users interact with the Platform — pages visited, session duration, device type. This helps us improve content and navigation for Pakistani users.
• Performance Cookies: Monitor Platform performance, identify slow-loading pages and help us optimise for mobile connections commonly used in Lahore, Karachi and other major Pakistani cities.

BW55 does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies that profile you for advertising purposes across other websites.

As a user of BW55, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. These rights are subject to applicable legal limitations and may be balanced against BW55's legal obligations, including KYC and AML requirements.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15. We may be required to verify your identity before processing a rights request. We will respond within 30 days unless the complexity of the request requires an extension, in which case we will notify you.

BW55 operates a strict adults-only access policy. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, persons under the age of 18, or such higher minimum age as required by the Operator's applicable licence jurisdiction.

BW55 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If we become aware that a registered user is under the applicable minimum age, we will immediately:

• Suspend or terminate the account in question;
• Delete all Personal Data associated with that account to the extent permissible by law; and
• Notify the Operator so that any related gambling activity can be voided.

BW55 is accessible to users in Pakistan, and operates server infrastructure that may be located outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred from Pakistan to other jurisdictions, BW55 takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the transferred data.

• Transfers to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection under applicable international standards.
• Standard contractual clauses or equivalent contractual safeguards with the receiving party.
