These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and BW55 ("BW55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://bw55.cam ("Platform").

BW55 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is lawful. BW55 provides sports betting information, live casino guidance, cricket wagering content, slots overviews and responsible gambling resources. BW55 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you complete the formal registration process.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using this type of online platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• All information you provide to BW55 or the Operator is accurate, current and complete.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws at all times during your use of the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on BW55, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. No exceptions apply.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute, regulation or governmental order.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or responsible gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of BW55 or the Operator, unless specific written consent has been obtained.
• You must not have had a previous BW55 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

BW55 and the Operator reserve the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each eligible User may hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts may be closed at BW55's sole discretion and associated balances forfeited.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify BW55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of Account security.

BW55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have formally reported an unauthorised access event to BW55 support.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on BW55 are processed by the Operator and/or its designated payment service providers. BW55 acts as an information platform and does not itself process financial transactions or hold player funds.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits in PKR are determined by the Operator and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment methods referenced on BW55 — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references only. None of these providers endorse BW55 or any gambling activity. Availability and processing rules are governed by the Operator and individual payment providers.
• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC verification completion. Processing times are operator-determined and BW55 provides no guarantee as to their duration.
• BW55 and the Operator reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before approving a withdrawal.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC or USDT, where available) are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network fees outside the control of BW55 or the Operator.

BW55 may display illustrative examples of bonuses and promotions offered by the Operator, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, referral credits and loyalty rewards. All such figures are for informational reference only and are subject to the Operator's prevailing bonus terms, which take precedence in all cases.

General bonus conditions that typically apply include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (turnover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative examples shown on BW55 do not constitute live or guaranteed offers.
• Opt-In: Most bonuses require active opt-in. Eligibility criteria, time limits and minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are generally limited to one per household, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage or use of multiple Accounts — is prohibited and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Full details are specified in the Operator's individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or uninitiated bonuses may expire after a specified period as determined by the Operator.

BW55 accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between illustrative bonus figures shown on this Platform and the actual bonuses available at the time of a User's registration. Always verify current bonus terms directly with the Operator before making any deposit.

All bets, wagers and casino game play conducted through the Operator's platform are subject to the Operator's own sports betting rules and casino game rules, which are published separately. BW55 provides informational guidance only and does not adjudicate or settle bets.

The following general principles apply to betting activity on BW55-referenced services:

• All bets are final once confirmed, except where the Operator's rules expressly provide for cancellation or void conditions.
• In-play ("live") bets are accepted subject to the Operator's real-time market availability. BW55 makes no representations about the availability of any specific market, including PSL or ICC T20 matches, at any given time.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet in the event of technical errors, obvious pricing errors or confirmed match-fixing events.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are set by the Operator and may be applied per market, per event or per User.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. Partial returns on accumulators are subject to the Operator's specific rules.
• Winnings are credited to a User's account at the Operator's prevailing settlement rules and exchange rates where applicable.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that BW55 or the Operator considers, at their sole discretion, to be abusive, harmful, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, obtaining multiple bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bet settlements.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or any other technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, criminal activity or any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses or disruptive software to the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BW55 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

BW55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We operate a strict adults-only policy and actively encourage Users to engage with the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

You agree to:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — never with funds set aside for essential expenses such as rent, food, utilities or family obligations.
• Use available deposit limits, loss limits and session time-out features to manage your gambling activity.
• Request self-exclusion immediately if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful to yourself or others.
• Never attempt to access the Platform during a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, including through alternative accounts or devices.
• Disclose any gambling addiction or compulsive gambling history to the Operator if relevant to your use of Responsible Gambling Tools.

BW55 is not responsible for the decisions Users make regarding their gambling activity. However, we will cooperate fully with the Operator in enforcing self-exclusion requests and will not knowingly re-engage with a User who has self-excluded.

All content on the BW55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of BW55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent from BW55.
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on BW55 content.
• Use of BW55's trademarks, logos or brand elements in any form without written authorisation.
• Systematic extraction or scraping of any data or content from the Platform.

BW55 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BW55, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial losses — including gambling losses — incurred as a result of using BW55 or any Operator service referenced herein.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in any content published on the Platform, including illustrative bonus figures, odds representations or payment method descriptions.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• The acts or omissions of any third-party Operator, payment provider or other service referenced on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BW55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to BW55 directly in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) the equivalent of PKR 5,000 (five thousand Pakistani Rupees).

BW55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Any legal or regulatory requirement compelling BW55 to do so.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Where an Account is terminated due to breach, BW55 and the Operator reserve the right to withhold or forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law and the Operator's terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting BW55 support via the details in Section 16.

BW55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, BW55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by communicating changes via the Platform or by email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The current version of the Terms shall supersede all prior versions in their entirety.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BW55 is incorporated or primarily operated, as determined by the applicable Operator's licensing jurisdiction. BW55 does not represent that this Platform is governed by Pakistani law or subject to Pakistani courts.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and BW55:

• You agree to first contact BW55 in writing via the support details in Section 16 and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for resolution through good-faith negotiation.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's applicable regulatory body.
• Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a competent court where necessary to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
